Carmel, IN Wedding Catering - Tacos

$24.99 per person – minimum headcount of 40 people

Under a private tent, our caterers and cooks (Hourly staff is billed at $225 an hour) will use our grill to cook delicious dishes including three tacos per guest with their choice of protein, rice and beans, and a dessert of churros and caramel and chocolate dips. We finish it all off with cilantro, onion, and limes for garnish, chips and salsa, and our homemade taco sauces.

Meats: steak, chicken, ground beef, or al pastor / all extra meat priced per person on top of current price and additional sides as well

Our taco bar package includes trays of grilled chicken, steak, or Al Pastor; 60 corn tortillas; rice and refried beans; plenty of chips and salsa; a variety of 8-oz mild, medium, and hot sauces; and a tray of warm churros with 8 ozs of chocolate dip and caramel sauce. Substitute meats include birria, ground beef for an additional cost of $1.99 per person. Chafing dishes are available for $25 per dish and includes 2 fuel gels, and beverages, desserts, and other add-ons can be included for an additional cost.

Are tacos not your style? Zest up the next lunch hour with our Tapatio boxes. Each box includes two Birria tacos garnished with cheese, cilantro, and onion. Consomme and limes on the side with churros and chocolate and caramel sauce for a perfect finish.
